We are a government accredited company offering an independant service for HIPs(Home Information Packs) and EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates) with competitve prices and professionalism assured. A HIP Pack is now a legal requirement with any property placed on the UK housing market, and provides a detailed energy assessment of the property and guidelines as to how this rating can be improved.
From 1st October all properties being let will require an EPC.
